The Full Story

We’re a team of experienced Canadian employment lawyers who saw the same problem over and over again.

Employees would come to us with severance packages that were clearly low, but not so low that it made financial sense to hire a lawyer to negotiate. They were stuck between two bad options: accept less than they deserved, or spend thousands on legal fees trying to fight for more.

We knew there had to be a better way.
